Position Title: Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator

Location: South Deerfield, MA

Reports to: Manager, Recruiting

Job Summary :

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the recruiting team. This includes coordinating phone and on-site interviews including travel/lodging arrangements and acting as intermediary for any interview needs. Will assist with the placement of the internal and external postings; Maintaining the internal posting boards and job listings; Assisting in the placement of recruitment advertising of all types, including print, radio and on-line postings; May assist in coordinating recruiting programs such as Job Fairs, off-site Recruitment fairs as well as supporting the recruiting process as needed by performing phone screens and references.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School education or the equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in human resources, business or related experience required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management inside and outside of the Company.

  • Responsive sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing demands with a smile.

  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and on-line job boards required; experience with social media preferred
