Position Title: Senior Sales Representative, Baby
Location: Shanghai, China
Reports to: Sales Manager
The Sales Representative is to manage APRICA brand sole distributor for China by developing new distribution channels, online and offline, proposing / launching relevant products to the market, providing promotion proposal. The individual is responsible for all aspects of businesses including sales, marketing objectives and retail executions, and also including distributors and retailer’s customer management.
Manage on daily basis the CHINA exclusive APRICA distributor, in term of sales performance, driving sales performance, new products launching plan execution, forecasting, but also on trade marketing execution with displays and sampling programs.
Manage and deliver all customer services, ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels. Problem solving high efficiency with high interaction with our HQ in JP.
Support the distributor on building-up professional retailing system including products and selling skill training for sales and promoters
Manage SNOP in daily operation and provide accurate sales monthly forecast.
Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
Experience in multinational companies
Good negotiation skills
English is a plus but not a must
In-depth knowledge and proven successes in sales and distribution management in China,
Heavily involved in sales management, marketing and promotion activities
Good presentation and communication skills
