Position Title: Digital Trade Marketing Manager, Baby Care

Location: Shanghai, China

Reports to: Trade Marketing Manager, Baby Care

Main Duties:

  • Responsible for overall customer marketing activities planning for assigned platform(s)/store(s) to drive store operation efficiencies by UV, Conversion, UED, Campaign design & CRM;

  • Develop trade marketing strategy for platform(s)/store(s) based on insights, market dynamic and brand performance;

  • Work out annual calendar to drive on-line business growth with key building blocks (Brand Campaigns, Key Festival, Regular promotions, etc.)

  • Collaborate with eCom Consumer Marketing and Platform Management teams on Key festivals and brand campaign planning & execution to gain share in key platforms.

  • Deep understanding on e-commerce market dynamic, lead cross functional teams to pilot new initiatives as well as business model exploration (i.e. O2O, Omni-channel, and etc.)

  • Develop best-in-class user experience solutions and CRM programs in platforms to highly engage with on-line shopper and drive conversion.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Digital Marketing or related disciplines

  • 6-8 years’ experience of Marketing digital oriented on managing the best practice for JD / TMALL platforms

  • Familiar with other online channels activities, such as O2O, Crossboard

  • Able to work alone for any specific project and under pressure,

  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize workload, recognize key opportunities and build customer relationship,

  • Proactive, energetic, result oriented, creative and possess good business acumen,

  • Excellent presentation and fluent in English.
