Position: Talent Acquisition Lead

Job summary

As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will be focused on assisting in the development and execution of regional strategies to attract, engage and hire a diverse, highly-qualified and culturally-aligned employees for specific projects based in Poland.

Working on a local market, you will be part of Talent Acquisition Team EMEA, reporting to Director Talent Acquisition EMEA-APAC-LATAM.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment through all milestones of the recruiting process to include (but not limited to) research/sourcing, hiring manager needs assessment, system process (Taleo), interviewing, offer, negotiating and closing the best candidates.

  • Serve as an end-to-end talent solution provider and business partner with local specific expertise.

  • Responsible for building a robust pipeline of diverse talent by researching and sourcing via a variety of talent pools.

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the local candidate talent pool and market data.

  • Build and manage productive partnerships with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, hiring managers with strong influencing skills, at all levels of management to gain the trust as a knowledgeable talent consultant/solution provider.

  • Provide clear and effective communication both within the Talent Acquisition team as well as with internal clients.

  • Demonstrate managerial courage and provide timely and actionable constructive feedback while working with the HR Business Partners and hiring managers.

  • Resolve issues quickly and directly in order to maximize performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree

  • 3 years of experience in the recruitment field, with agency and/or Corporate roles

  • Fluent in English and communicative in Polish

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully executed recruitment projects.

  • Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Interpersonal savvy.

  • Ability to produce desired outcomes within tight timeframes.

  • Strong planning & organizing skills.

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
