Position Title: Rep, Product Service
Reports to: Pat Davis
Location: Neosho DC
Takes inbound phone calls from WSC and consumers.
Print on demand ( Product manuals)
Enters orders into system in accordance with order entry criteria for consumer and Warranty Service Centers
Web site communication for ODC and SPI
Research and Issue WSC credits
Conducts research to identify part numbers of items requested by WSC and consumers
Provides product information and parts order ETA's
Verifies product warranty eligibility and determines appropriate action
Initiates action in responding to claims of lost shipments, shortages, mis-ships
Creates and maintains monthly reporting
Creates service bill for SAP portal for WSC
Research Newell EBay, DTC returns in Sales force for possible credit
Performs various duties as assigned
Ensure proper sorting procedures are being followed at all times.
Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed for product returned.
High school education or equivalent required
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities
Willingness to work all scheduled work days
Works well under stress, meets commitments with enthusiasm
Uses own initiative to resolve problems, minimal supervision required
Basic accounting knowledge
Prefer basic knowledge of excel and word
