Job Title: Sr Sales Representative

Location: Miami, FL

Reports To: Manager, Sales

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Representative is accountable for managing small to medium sized accounts (or supporting Account Managers on larger accounts) in helping to deliver top line sales revenue and profitability for the CCS Division. Maximizes the availability of our products in the appropriate channels of distribution consistent with our brand strategy with an emphasis on superior new product execution. Utilizes leading edge data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits through price optimization for Newell Brands and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizesbest in class insights to identify potential customer strategies as they relateto consumer purchase behavior and to maximize in-store and commercial opportunities

  • Appliesunderstanding of product portfolio, brand positioning, brand vision andstrategy to product sell-in and sell-through

  • Identifiescategory opportunities within customer offering

  • Deliversspecific customer strategic plans incorporating customer program andpromotional planning, opportunities to take share, plans to leverage customerpricing (where geographically appropriate), customer/consumer strategy

  • Sharesmarketplace intelligence with our trade partners, where appropriate

  • Supportsthe delivery of the strategic priorities, positioning of key brands, andstrategic propositions that will grow our brands and delight our customers andshoppers

  • Managesrelationship with buyer, sourcing manager (small distributor and end user)

  • Usesinternal systems and resources, as well as external where necessary, to accesssales numbers including customer, market and shopper data, category sales, andSKU level sales

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/University degree in BusinessAdministration

  • 1-2 years sales/customerservice experience

  • Project management skills a plus

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic andexceptional drive for results

  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to work in a cross functional team

  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and communicationskills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks andassignments simultaneously

  • Local Travel via Personal Car (geography varies bymarket)
