General Responsibility – The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for meeting and greeting all associates and visitors to the Lumberton facility. This position will provide general administrative support to Human Resources and plant leadership.

Job Duties/Essential Functions – Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them in person or on telephone; answer or referring inquiries to appropriate personnel. Maintain safety and security by following procedures, monitoring visitor log, issuing visitor passes and personal safety equipment, ensuring a safe and clean reception area. Prints badges for all plant personnel and distributes to appropriate supervisor/manager. Works with individual hiring managers to prepare schedule for onboarding/orientation of NX/EX new hires including drug screen. Receives garnishment documents, makes required copies and sends to payroll for processing. Special event coordination for plant wide employee engagement related activities and Plant Leadership team events/meetings. Orders flowers for associates due to birth or bereavement. Responsible for new hire postings and facility wide email communication. Maintains office supply inventory and makes requests monthly or as needed to purchasing. Coordinates mail and faxes by routing to appropriate destinations. Updates phone directory listing monthly or more frequently as needed and distributes. Manages attendance, time-off with pay requests, attendance points, and attendance counseling’s for factory hourly employees. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar administrative role in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Associates degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.

Preferred Requirements- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office software skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access (basic), Publisher and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality. Ability to self-manage and self-start on projects, able to work with minimal supervision. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity/changing priorities. Consistently demonstrates prompt, regular and reliable attendance.
