JobSummary :

The Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing is a key member of the Digital Marketing team, managing projects and measuring objectives set by the manager. The

Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing works collaboratively with cross-functional

teams to deliver on the needs of the brand. This position will perform database and website maintenance & optimization, tracking and reporting.

JobResponsibilities :

DigitalAssets and Content Management :

  • Manages and optimizes product content anddigital assets using our PXM platform, Salsify

  • Responsible for training cross-functional teamsin Salsify and manages all user permissions

  • Initiates data optimization projects withcross-functional teams

  • Assists in data integration efforts betweenSalsify and multiple internal/external sources including brand websites, SAP,and external Retailer.com systems

  • Contributes to the development of businessprocesses and solutions to meet business needs as they relate to productcontent and digital assets

GlobalWebsite Design, Optimization and Management :

  • Maintains and publishes content on all websites,microsites and digital tools including but not limited to brand websites,internal portals, closet design tool, ROI tools, etc.

  • Point-of-contact for all internal digitalrequests

  • Contributes to optimization and maintenanceprojects across digital properties

  • Follows and implements brand standards acrossdigital properties.

  • Participates invendor meetings

  • Assists in the QA process for all digital launches

Consumer/CustomerRelationship Management and Support:

  • Analyzes consumer inquiry trends and recommendsimprovements to digital assets and content.

  • Assists in managing support center integrationson all digital properties.

  • Collaborateswith consumer servicesdepartments to discussissues and to troubleshootwebsite problems.

SupportDigital Agency Management :

  • Supports digital agency staff to deliver webdevelopment projects and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Assists with meeting planning and preparation logistics.

DigitalPromotions, Advertising, Media:

  • Supports paid search campaigns includingagencies, vendors, and tools.

  • Manages tactics and measurement to support campaigns.

  • Supports projects related to content production.

Digital MarketingMetrics and Analytics:

  • Helps measure customerand consumer satisfaction and engagement, qualitative and quantitative metrics.

  • Creates reports that analyze usage trends andidentifies areas of optimization.

  • Participates in planningand analysis of digital analyticsand creates reportsfor distribution.

Qualifications :

  • Four-year collegedegree

  • 0-2 years ofmarketing internship/work experience ideally in digital marketing, channelmanagement, or consumer insights for a CPG, durable, or professional productscompany

  • Internship orcollege experience working on cross-functional projects

  • Strongcommunication skills, written and oral

  • Proven ability towork on a team

  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office applications
