Position Title: Sr. Manager Ecommerce - Division

This role will advance the division’s Ecommerce presence in pure play and brick and mortar accounts while developing the online channel in all functional sales capabilities, including: Product availability, Pricing, Shopper Marketing, and Customer development. This team will serve as a performance expert including ePOS trends, post e-promotion analysis, optimal e-assortment and seasonal/promotional guidance.

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Own the Ecommerce P&L activity including profitability, promotional analysis, event performance and overall sales reporting and tracking.

  • Develops category and brand revenue growth strategies from data, insights and customer information.

  • Owns Ecommerce promotions and assortment decisions. Collaborates with internal teams for effective demand planning, product assortment, digital merchandising, seasonality, promotional planning and pricing recommendations for key retailers.

  • Leverages data to drive changes.

  • Partners with sales and planning to identify and maximize Ecommerce opportunities and increase Ecommerce sales.

  • Provides global on-going strategies, insights and thought leadership based on industry, customer, shopper and marketplace trends to execute.

  • Identifies areas and events that stimulate awareness, conversion and sales.

  • Provides input to the brand development process for new product development for the Ecommerce channel and commercialization programs.

  • Oversee all inputs to digital shelf creation including content and photography for retailer sites.

  • Optimizes Ecommerce platforms across retailers by identifying opportunities by brand and retailer.

  • Significant level of collaboration and ability to influence decisions (sales, trade, brand, finance, IT, legal, etc.).

  • Business development: business assessment, strategic planning, selling in of growth driving ideas.

  • Drives new market opportunities to create new demand drivers for our brands and categories.

  • Creates an omni-channel experience.

  • Identifies global initiatives and influences global Ecommerce growth.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of direct and hands-on Ecommerce experience providing solutions in a large global company.

  • Proven analytical and strategic experience with the ability to embrace the challenge of dramatically increasing Ecommerce revenue.

  • Deep knowledge of Ecommerce product flow and retailer site performance optimization.

  • Strong quantitative ability and comfort with data driven decision processes; a strong understanding of the key metrics to drive the business is expected of this executive.

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across lines of business. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Ability to motivate teams to produce desired tangible outcomes within tight timeframes.

  • Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills.

  • Strong sense of autonomy.
