Position Title: Senior Human Resources & Administrative Manager

Location: Panyu, Guangdong

Reports to: Functionally to Senior HR Director, Global Manufacturing (based in US) & operationally to General Manager (based in China)

Job Summary:

The Senior HR & Admin Manager develops, coordinates and directs a variety of plant human resource programs. This individual also oversees daily operations of company’s human resources and administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages plant human resources and administrative operation.

  • Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources and administrative programs.

  • Develops and executes human resources and administrative policies and procedures.

  • Fosters effective communication between coworkers and management.

  • Provides related training to coworkers.

  • Interacts with related external consultants, government agencies, suppliers and vendors.

  • Manages, trains and develops a team of human resources and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

  • More than 10 years related working experience and at least 3 years in Manager level.

  • Strong familiarity of Chinese Labor Law and government related running.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English – spoken and written.

  • Excellent team player and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor Degree majored in HR Administration or related field of study.

  • Strong computer skills in MS Office.
