Position Title: Senior Human Resources & Administrative Manager
Location: Panyu, Guangdong
Reports to: Functionally to Senior HR Director, Global Manufacturing (based in US) & operationally to General Manager (based in China)
The Senior HR & Admin Manager develops, coordinates and directs a variety of plant human resource programs. This individual also oversees daily operations of company’s human resources and administrative functions.
Manages plant human resources and administrative operation.
Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources and administrative programs.
Develops and executes human resources and administrative policies and procedures.
Fosters effective communication between coworkers and management.
Provides related training to coworkers.
Interacts with related external consultants, government agencies, suppliers and vendors.
Manages, trains and develops a team of human resources and administrative staff.
More than 10 years related working experience and at least 3 years in Manager level.
Strong familiarity of Chinese Labor Law and government related running.
Fluent in Chinese and English – spoken and written.
Excellent team player and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor Degree majored in HR Administration or related field of study.
Strong computer skills in MS Office.
