Position Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Reports to: Director, Human Resources

Location: Greenville, SC

Job Summary:

We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Process Solutions team. This person will report to the Director of Human Resources and will deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support to the Process Solutions businesses as defined by the Director of Human Resources. This will include full life cycle recruitment and interaction with various business leaders and hiring managers. As required, s/he will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand business goals, and identify, source, screen and attract a diverse slate of candidates to meet job requirements. The TA Recruiter will work closely with his/her counterparts in supporting the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing,including the use of Internet job boards, creative sourcing, social media,internal resume database, & direct sourcing.

  • Manage the staffingprocess from sourcing and selection through final offer as required

  • Perform phone interviewsand face-to-face interviews as required

  • Ability to sell,position, and talk about company, its various divisions, compensationplans, etc.

  • Build relationships withspecific organizations and associations

  • Build productivepartnerships with management at all levels to gain the trust as aknowledgeable advisor/solution provider

  • Support special projectsand improvement efforts as needed

Qualifications:

  • BS or University degreefrom four-year college or university

  • 4-7 years of significantrecruiting and candidate sourcing experience

  • Proven, results orientedrecruiting background - including direct sourcing experience, Internetsourcing experience, familiarity with job boards and social mediarecruiting, & ATS

  • Ability to workindependently

  • Ability to managecustomers and associated expectations

  • Strong leadership skills

  • A desire to work in ateam based environment

  • High energy, detailfocused, action-oriented contributor with growth potential
