Position Title: HR Generalist

Reports to: Director of HR

Location: Greeneville, TN

Job Summary:

Responsible for generalist human resource functions encompassing recruitment and contract labor, labor relations, payroll, policy and labor contract administration, training and employee activities in support of operational and strategic business objectives.

Job Duties:

  • Recruit, hire, coordinate pre-employment processing and onboard new employees and contingent workers, as well as, conduct exit processes

  • Maintain multiple HRIS systems which encompass job history, compensation, demographic data, employee and dependent information, etc.

  • Provide support to employees who have HR questions

  • Administer employee recognition programs

  • Provide weekly/monthly reports

  • Manage the annual HR calendar

  • Provide backup support for payroll

  • Conduct informational/regulatory compliance meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of HR policies and law

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Kronos and PeopleSoft
