Position Title: Commercial Customer Service Rep

Location: Clarksville, TN

Reports to: Commercial Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:

The Commercial Customer Service Rep is responsible for initiating, monitoring and directing communications between customers, sales reps and production/internal customers for commercial work. Incumbents also assist in directing and coordinating assigned commercial customer service departmental operations within the department, and work closely with the Customer Service Manager for additional administrative duties as needed. Responsibilities include meeting department objectives for quality, quantity, cost and prompt delivery of services.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Associates degree or BA in Business, Marketingand/or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in Commercial Printing Customer Service, Sales and/orPublishing is required.

  • Must be team minded and positive in allinteractions with employees at every level of the organization.

  • Must have excellent communication skills.

  • Must be a self-starter with demonstrateddecision-making ability.

  • Ability to make decisions and work under pressurewith minimal supervision.

  • Flexibility to work and learn new technology andprocedures quickly.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability tomulti-task.

  • Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed.

Preferred:

  • 5+years of Commercial Customer Service experience, specifically in CommercialPrinting.

  • Excellentcomputer skills, especially proficient in Excel spreadsheets.

  • Productioncomputer software knowledge a plus.
