Newell Brands Sales Manager, Writing in Bangkok, Thailand
Position Title: SALES MANAGER (GENERAL TRADE)
Reports to: DIRECTOR SALES AND TRADE
This role is responsible for the management of all Retailers / Wholesalers / Distributors in TH. This includes working closely with key strategic customers to negotiate yearly contracts, drive their in-market sales achievement by ensuring and maximizing execution of Trade programs such as NPD, Channel Development, and Promotional Activity.
The selected candidate, among the other responsibilities, will be in charge of:
Ensuring the achievement of given Sales Target to Retailers, Wholesalers and Distributors Nationwide
Supervising the Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) Targets
Strengthening the relationship with Customers
Developing appropriate activations to channel
Working in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure proper delivery and service to the Customers - Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Marketing etc etc
8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within multinational companies in the FMCG market
Bachelor degree in Economics (or similar) and Master Degree
General Trade Management experience at National level in Thailand
Availability to frequent travels to visit Customers and attend meetings
Advanced fluency in both written and spoken English
