The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for managing/coordinating all activities that drive profitable growth, strong partnership, efficient logistics and clear communications. Critical to this effort is the proven ability to manage a cross functional team that meets promotional product end user needs through key distributor partners. Responsibilities include the following:
Developsand implements strategic business plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Directssales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
Reviewsmarket trends and analyzes to determine customer needs, price schedules, anddiscount rates.
Analyzessales statistics to formulate policy and assist customers in promoting sales.
Collaboratesto direct product rationalization to eliminate unprofitable items from productline.
Deliverssales presentations to key customers.
Meetswith key customers strengthening relationships, negotiating and closingdeals.
Workswith sales planning, demand planning, supply chain, and customer serviceto assure sales driven plans are executed efficiently.
Analyzesand controls expenditures of sales team to conform to budgetary requirements.
Preparesperiodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas ofproposed client base expansion.
Keenfocus and understanding of the areas that affect profitability for givenbusiness
Monitorsand evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Directsand develops a team of sales professionals.
10+years of sales management demonstrating steadily increasing responsibilities
Experiencenegotiating profitable promotions
Proventrack record of results
Strongoral and written communication skills

Highlymotivated, well organized, analytical
