Newell Brands Senior Sales Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

Position Title : Senior Sales Analyst

Location : Atlanta, GA

Reports to : Director of Broker Management

The Sales COE (Center of Excellence) Sr. Analyst will play an integral role in helping Newell Brands to build best in class capabilities. Specifically, the Sr. Analyst will support the Broker Management function within the COE and will be expected to provide sharp, proactive, timely insights and analyses which drive enhanced business outcomes. The Sr Analyst will play a critical role in driving collaborative alignment between Newell divisions and broker partners on key initiatives/priorities/goals, and the resources/selling tools used by brokers to drive sales on those key initiatives with customers.


  • Drive collaborative alignmentbetween Newell divisions and broker partners on key initiatives, quarterlypriorities, and growth targets

  • Reinforce front linetroubleshooting (ways of working clarity, overcome communication barriers,execution priority gaps, etc)

  • Troubleshoot broker sharepointsite gaps to ensure sales resources/tools/selling materials are current,clear, and organized to broker audience

  • Support broker scorecard reviewpreparation process and follow-up / progress tracking

  • Help solve customerservice/claims/order issue communication gaps between Newell and brokers

  • Manage on-going broker change(i.e. contract renewals/amendments, system updates, inform pricing/sharedservices)

The Analyst will support central management of the Broker Management function and provide analytical, organizational, and collaboration expertise within the team and across divisions. The successful candidate will be a rising leader and proven team player with strong analytical capabilities. The successful candidate must also have strategic capabilities as well as be hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2 -4 years of experience in highlyanalytical role (Sales Analyst/Marketing/Trade/Cat Man/Strategy)

  • Strong analytical abilities, includinghigh proficiency in MS tools (e.g., PP, Excel, Access)

  • Demonstrated ability to handlemultiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills(written and verbal)

  • Significant track record ofsupporting initiatives and taking responsibility for delivering outcomesregardless of challenges encountered

  • Strong interpersonal skills anddemonstrated ability to work across a complex organization, maintainingstrong relationships at multiple levels

  • Personal qualities: Resilient, driven,curious, flexible, positive, collaborative, humble
