Position Title: Sr. Manager – Strategic Initiatives

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Reports to: COO, Baby

The Sr. Manager - Strategic Initiatives will play an integral role helping the COO create and drive cross functional initiatives as well as identify and analyze M&A and other growth opportunities for the Baby division. To accomplish these objectives, the Sr. Analyst will be expected to lead cross functional teams, influence senior executives, and provide sharp, proactive, timely insights and analysis which drive improved business decisions and – as a result – enhanced business outcomes.

Responsibilities will include financial modeling, ,forecasting, leading cross functional projects, driving reporting and providing insights and analysis.

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Create factbasesand recommendations to answer strategic questions.

  • Create executive level presentationmaterials for use in project updates

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive projectplan for key initiatives.

  • Prioritizeand develop key strategic initiatives based on factual, logical arguments.

  • Analyzeopportunities and create financial models to value them.

  • Model a culture that improves the organization’s comfortwith the speed of change, challenging assumptions, relentless pursuit ofimprovement – all with a high sense of personal accountability

  • Professionallychallenge current and/or traditional ways of thinking and lead newways/approaches

The successful candidate will be an established leader with a proven track record of providing business decision support through the delivery of timely and meaningful insights and analysis. The successful candidate must have strategic capabilities as well as be hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance,or equivalent

  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred)

  • Engagement management experiencefrom top-tier consulting firm, preferably with experience in ConsumerGoods

  • Leadership: Significant trackrecord independently drivingmultiple, broad initiatives at one time and taking responsibility fordelivering stated outcomes regardless of challenges encountered

  • Teammanagement: Able to lead, coach, and develop team of 2 – 4 analyststhrough complex analyses and problems

  • Communication:Can build relationships and influence people across all levels in a matrixorganization

  • Executivepresence: Comfortable working with and influencing senior leaders; trackrecord of serving the needs of multiples leaders at one time

  • Analyticalskills: Rock solid ability to analyze complex problems using data frommultiple sources

  • Personal qualities: Resilient,driven, curious, flexible, positive, collaborative
