Position Title: Senior IT Auditor

Location: Atlanta, GA

Reports to: Director-Global IT Audit

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Global IT Internal Audit, the Senior Internal IT Auditor is responsible for planning and executing information technology and operational projects. The Senior Auditor will lead IT audit results toward value-added opportunities impacting key performance measures such as improving Information Security, create work products such as audit correspondence and engagement documentation, test processes and related controls, implement and improve the audit approach, lead the development of internal audit deliverables, and provide feedback to management.

Job Duties:

  • Lead audit projects in planning and executing information technology related projects in the United States and abroad

  • Execute with a strong focus on impact by serving client needs and developing professional relationships

  • Stay abreast of current business/economic developments relevant to the business

  • Respect and protect confidential information

  • Responsible for issuing high quality audit communications and managing and communicating audit results and related action status including periodic presentations to appropriate audiences. Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance the delivery of services

  • Seek, develop and present ideas to apply appropriate best practice to bring added value to audits

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key Internal Audit stakeholders


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or a business-related field

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

  • Experience from public accounting firm, or a combination of public and private is highly desirable as well as recent large company manufacturing.

  • Professional certification(s) as a CISA, CISM and/or CISSP

  • Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion

  • Knowledge of Information Security frameworks as well as internal control frameworks COBIT & COSO

  • Desire for continuous professional development is a strong asset

  • Travel up to 40% travel, both international and domestic. International operational experience is a plus
