Position Title: Contingent Workforce Program Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Reports to: Director Human Resources, Supply Chain
Responsible for oversight of day to day operation, administration and compliance associated with company’s Contingent workforce program. You will be working closely with Company HRBP’s to deliver analytics, metrics and industry best practices to determine possible areas for improvement in the Contingent Workforce Program.
Partner with Business leaders across multiple Divisions to educate and inform on policies and procedures involving the contingent workforce population.
Implement strategies to achieve contracted service level metrics.
Conduct supplier performance meetings to discuss open positions, challenges, headcounts, and recruiting strategies
Budget accountability; goals and objectives management; maintain communication with key client representatives to ensure successful business development and ongoing account relationship
Communicate with suppliers regarding servicing requirements for accounts requirements and provides feedback on performance
Implement tools and processes to enable contingent workforce reporting by partnering with IT and HR.
Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure the onboarding and off boarding of the contingent workforce follows company policies and external governing entities.
Design and conduct continuous self-monitoring to ensure full compliance with company policies and governing entities.
Assist in the coordination and oversight of audits related to contingent employee status, background checks and other contractual requirements.
Liaise with Director of Human Resources to ensure all projects and activities relating to the program are completed and tracked appropriately.
Serves as Fieldglass application subject matter expert.
Provide sound consultation to hiring managers and HRBP’s on how to use the Fieldglass application as part of their larger contingent workforce management program
Provide HR Business Partner support to Supply Chain organization.
Complete special organizational projects on an as needed basis.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree, coupled with 5 to 10 years of Human Resources experience with at least 5 years’ minimum of contingent workforce program management experience including Contingent Workforce Management, HR Management and Vendor Management.
Demonstrated problem solving capabilities and significant experience with managing various Performance Metrics and Service Level Agreements and a variety of contingent labor related staffing needs.
The confidence and ability to interact with senior business leadership and communicate contingent workforce program goals, initiatives. Deep understanding and knowledge working with VMS tools, Fieldglass preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments successfully.
Must be a team player and able to work with highly confidential information.
Solid PC / software skills and HRIS systems knowledge required. Experience with SAP/HCM preferred.
Experience presenting in front of both small and large groups Superior teamwork and communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet applicable deadlines.
