Position Title: Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing

Location: Atlanta, GA

Reports to: Senior Manager

The Assistant Manager, supports the below key deliverables in the Trade Marketing organization:

  1. Managing the Sample Process

  2. Assisting with the key TradeTeam Workstream Processes

  3. Support for Key eventsincluding Line Reviews, Customer Meetings, and Trade Shows

This position is responsible for supporting our Trade Marketing Organization and will help drive key initiatives within the customer delivery organization. The Assistant Manager will be accountable for working with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of the sample process; will assist with key Trade Team processes including pricing set up, promotional/POS analytics, creation of POs, monthly deliverables for leadership as well as additional Ad Hoc support.

Essential Duties:

Sample Process :

  • Working with sales, trademarketing and brand marketing to manage samples for customer meetings(receiving, shipping, tracking and setting up product)

  • Work with Exton teams to helpcoordinate key account and trade show samples

  • Coordinate all items needed forTrade Shows

  • Support Planogram Process

  • Participate in weekly SampleMeetings

Trade Team WorkstreamManagement

  • Responsibility for findinginsights through Promotional and POS analytics to help drive customergrowth

  • Assist in creating PO’s for thetrade team

  • Manage pricing set up throughthe entry of PE requests across the business

  • Updating Transitions Slides(for large accounts)/Assisting with Retail Assortment Plan updates

  • Maintaining General LineCollateral (GL Price List, Catalog etc.)

  • Managing Customer Fact Tags

  • Manage updates andconsolidation of Monthly Deliverables for the organization

  • direct to consumer managementPE’s and approving assortment online

  • General Trade Team support (adhoc requests)

Support for Events:

  • Serve as Trade Marketing voiceon the development of launch strategy

  • Serve as customer voice in productdevelopment meetings

  • Works with channel marketingteam to complete forecast tools

  • Participates in the development of new item launch andtraining materials

  • Four-year collegedegree

  • Projectmanagement experience

  • Collaboratingwith others to achieve results.

  • Experience withMicrosoft Software to include: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • StrongCommunication Skills
